Pricing questions
What counts as a meeting minute?
One meeting minute is one minute of active audio recording in a Consana session — counted from when you start recording to when you stop; pauses are not counted. Your plan balance renews on your monthly billing date.
What happens if I exceed my plan limit?
When your monthly balance reaches zero, you can continue by purchasing a top-up package from your account. Top-ups are available on Professional and Team plans. On the Free tier, recording pauses until the next billing cycle.
How do seats work on the Team plan?
The Team plan includes up to five seats — each seat is a user who can create and run sessions, sharing one minute balance. Need more than five? Ask about Enterprise.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes — cancel any time from the billing page in your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again after cancellation.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves roughly two months per year; you are billed once per year and the subscription renews annually. Choose it at checkout — top-up packages remain available on annual plans.
